Pre-Authorisation $ 200 

A Pre -Authorisation is a hold of $200 on your credit/debit card to cover any damages to your apartment during your stay.

When is the Credit / Debit Card Pre-Authorised?:

If arrival time is within office hours, at time of check in. If a guest arrives after hours, the preauthorisation will hold on your card before you arrive. If we don’t have a listed card, we will call you for your card before arrival. No keys to apartments will be given until the Pre-Authorisation is completed.

When does the Pre-Authorisation Get Released from the Credit / Debit Card?:

This depends on your individual card. We release it on the day of departure once your apartment is checked. Most banks will release it within 72 hours, others may take up to 10 days.

You are welcome to pay a cash deposit of $200 which will be immediately refunded on your departure if you would prefer.

Are animals allowed?

Whilst we love animals, unless they are a registered support animal, aminmals are not welcome. 

Can I get an early check-in and / or a late check-out?

Please contact our office during normal business hours for an earlier check-in the day prior on 07 5534 6633 (please note additional fees may aply and our friendly team can advise you if that is the case). For a latter check-out, again fees may apply, however please see our friendly team the day prior to your departure at reception.

What if I'm arriving outside office hours?

Please contact our office during normal business hours and we can assist you the information to access our key safe box at our front door. Additionally we can ascertain your credit card details for the $200 per-authorisation, which is not a debt. but a hold on funds.
